BULL HN TO UNVEIL TWO HIGH-END UNIX BOXES AT THE WHICH COMPUTER? SHOW

By CBR Staff Writer

Bull HN Information Systems Ltd, as we must learn to call the old Honeywell Information Systems, is to launch 25MHz 68020-based models in its XPS 100 family of Unix microcomputers at the Which Computer? Show up at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre next month. The new models are the X-25 and the X-45, and the larger will take the maximum number of users supported by the family up to 144. At the show, the company is planning to demonstrate Oracle, Uniplex, Multisoft, Tetra, Unify and Smartware programs on XPS 100s.
