ACCORDING TO REUTERS SEVERAL JAPENESE COMPANIES HAVE INFRINGED HELD BY TEXAS INSTRUMENTS

Several Japanese personal computer manufacturers, including NEC Corp and Toshiba Corp may have infringed patents held by Texas Instruments Inc, according to Reuters, which quotes Masahiro Miki, manager of corporate market communications at Texas’ wholly owned Japanese subsidiary, as saying We cannot disclose the names of the Japanese companies involved but I can say that TI has just started negotiating with some computer companies here about possible violations.
