mAh, or in its longer form milli Amp hour, refers to the measurement of a battery’s energy storage capacity.
Essentially, this means that milli Amp hour is the amount of battery a battery has in it.
One mAh corresponds to one-thousandth of an ampere-hour.
For example, Samsung’s Galaxy A9 Pro has a 5000 mAh battery. That means the electric current in that device is 5000, or five amperes.
In contrast, a Duracell AA battery has 2500 mAh, or 2.5 ampares.
