In computing, a kiosk is an interactive terminal which provides access to information and applications.

The kiosk will usually consist of a screen and a basic computer programmed to perform specific applications, with the user of the kiosk able to input data into the kiosk either using a keyboard or, increasingly commonly, a touch screen.

Self-service kiosks are used in industries such as retail and hospitality to speed up and improve customer service.
