SaaS-based Talent Management offerings provider Taleo has deployed Dell Boomi AtomSphere to integrate data and applications within the largest Talent Management cloud.

Taleo partnered with Dell Boomi to ensure its customers always have access to the data and applications they rely on to know their people and grow their business.

Taleo can synchronise data across multiple applications for its customers by using more than 500 connections to which Taleo owns the rights and through the partnership with Dell Boomi.

Dell Boomi and Taleo has deployed AtomSphere to integrate data for customers of Taleo Business Edition, the company’s Talent Management suite for SMBs, and Taleo Learn, the employee development and training software offerings.

Taleo uses Dell Boomi internally to migrate customers from acquired products like Vurv and Cytiva to Taleo Business Edition and Taleo Enterprise offerings, and to link its procurement system into its financial system so Taleo does not have to manually re-enter invoices.

Taleo has choosen Dell Boomi AtomSphere because of its simple integration, broad array of connectivity to SaaS and on-premise offerings and ability to handle upgrades and scale to meet the growing needs of customers.

In addition, Dell Boomi is now deploying and administering a private integration cloud within its own data centres to handle platform scalability, high availability and load balancing, as well as to safeguard data to meet specific regulatory requirements.

AtomSphere connects new applications to existing applications, regardless of the complexity of the data connections.

Dell Boomi general manager Rick Nucci said as partners, Dell Boomi and Taleo have worked collaboratively to deliver successful outcomes both for customers and within Taleo’s organisation.

"Dell Boomi worked with Taleo to address its unique integration challenges with our unrivaled AtomSphere cloud integration product," said Nucci.
