Dell SecureWorks establishes new Advanced Threat Resource Center

The new resource centre will help organisations detect, resist and respond to advanced cyber threats

By CBR Staff Writer

Information security services firm Dell SecureWorks has launched a new Advanced Threat Resource Center to help organisations detect, resist and respond to advanced cyber threats.

The Advanced Threat Resource Center will provide information security leaders and professionals to access the threat analyses, white papers, videos and webcasts that outline many of the techniques, tools and social engineering tactics hackers use to compromise organisations.

The information will allow organisations to gain knowledge of the different types of advanced threats, the ways advanced threat actors operate, the people and organisations they target, the strategies and tactics they use to breach them.

Dell SecureWorks chief technology officer Jon Ramsey said the new resource centre contains valuable tools that help demystify advanced threats.

"By understanding how these advanced threats operate, organizations can better protect themselves,"Ramsey said.
