PMG SCS version 6 users can configure a service once and then publish it in multiple languages and multiple currencies, all from a single administrative viewpoint and single instance of the software, the company said.
PMG principal Joe LeCompte said PMG SCS version 6 provides ability to simplify and speed deployment of global service catalogs, especially those with multi-lingual, multi-currency, and sophisticated business processes.
PMG’s offering is a combination of PMG iRequest, PMG iDeliver, and PMG iCollaborate technologies, and offers scalable service catalog & business process automation offering available.
PMG’s array of connectors provide integrations with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, Sun Identity Manager, LDAP, and e-mail.
