According to Verizon the new Verizon High Speed Internet service offers its qualified customers a downstream connection speed of up to seven Mbps. Verizon now offers the new service in some 400 communities across the US.
In Indiana, the seven Mbps broadband service is available in parts of Albion, Angola, Butler, Clay City, Elkhart, Galveston, Goshen, Hamilton, Hanna, Hartford City, Lafayette, La Porte, Portage, Rolling Prairie, Walton, Wanatah, Waterloo, Westfield, Wheeler, Woodburn and Woodridge.
Trinidad Aguirre, senior vice president and general manager for the central region at Verizon, said: Our super- fast broadband provides all the speed you need for everything you do online – and at a reasonable cost.
