DAC’S NEW SQL-BASED QUERY AND REPORT WRITER

Miami, Florida-based Data Access Corp has a new SQL-based query and report writer called FlexQL that enables an MS-DOS user to query data held in Lotus, dBASE, Paradox and ASCII files: for example Lotus and Paradox data may be joined in an SQL query, and the resulting answer may be stored in Microsoft Word mailmerge format; queries can be either typed in using SQL or entered via a CUA-compliant graphical user interface; available now, an 8-user Network Version is $595.
