CORESTAFF INC GETS SAP SPECIALISTS SOFTEK SOFTWARE

Corestaff Inc, the Houston Texas services and staffing firm, has acquired Softek Software Inc, Long Beach, California-based technical consultants specializing in SAP AG software.

Guardian dr Ltd, the UK disaster recovery company based in Weybridge, Surrey, has acquired Televault, the automatic on-line data storage facility from Securicor Plc’s Secure IT division. It says the data vaulting market in the UK is currently worth around ú100m. Guardian has annual revenues of ú22m and 1,200 customers.
