It is claimed to have a C++ application framework, built-in Ingres, or Oracle or Sybase, relational database, graphical user interface, and interoperability with any third party management agents and network management systems. To be out in the autumn, it starts at $20,000 for the base console, plus $6,000 for each ring monitored.
