Commission Transmission Inc, Austin, Texas, which operates digital long-distance telephone facilities for phone service companies, has paid $15m for 1m Class B senior convertible preference shares in one of its customers, ALC Communications Corp: the payment also bought Comission an option to buy 1m Class C shares of the same type at $15 a share, or another $15m.
