This contract will establish a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) solution with unified communications capabilities for Rack Room Shoes.
AT&T’s VoIP solution will allow managers to communicate at the office, at home or on the road with just one phone number, one e-mail account and one device. The VoIP solution will enable better collaboration among Rack Room Shoes departments, business units and customers throughout the work week.
