ALGO 21 FORMS JOINT VENTURE COMPANY WITH PEKING COMPUTER ACADEMY

The fast-growing Algo 21 software house has formed a new company as a joint venture with the Peking Computer Academy with the aim of training Chinese software technicians in Tokyo and eventually contracting software development to, and pursuing software projects in the People’s Republic: Kyoka Computers is 51% Japanese-owned, 49% Chinese-owned, is based in Tokyo, and starts life with 25 staff.
