Acer has expanded its Iconia tablet range with two new additions which include Iconia W700P professional tablet and Iconia W510P tablet.
Both the new Iconia tablets come equipped with Windows 8 Pro, enabling easy integration with the existing IT infrastructure, providing enhanced manageability, usability and security.
The Trusted Platform Module (TPM) application claims to ensure security and integrity of the client platform, offering improved hardware-based security in numerous applications.
In addition, the TPM meets the corporate-level security requirements and lowers TCO over the product lifecycle, the company said.
Iconia W700P and W510P will feature Acer Backup Manager that keeps data protected from from accidents or crashes, allowing users to back up data and files at ease, while Acer eRecovery Management provides recovery on-demand.
Other features of the new tablets include: Acer InviLink Nplify Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0+ and Acer Crystal Eye webcam.
Acer Iconia W700P professional tablet is powered by third generation Intel Core processor family and features a 11.6" full HD IPS display with 10 point touch and offers a wide viewing angle up to 178° for better sharing information and group viewing.

The Iconia W700P comes with a cradle that provides the tablet with a landscape or portrait support. When used in landscape, it can sit at 70 degrees, for sharing presentations, or at 20 degrees, for a more ergonomic touch experience, whereas in portrait mode is optimal for reading and browsing.
