ZYGAL DYNAMICS BUYS TWO PERSENTS FOR BASE-SYS

Hungry Zygal Dynamics Plc yesterday announced acquisition of two Newcastle firms in the computer-based insurance quote software business to add to its Base-Sys acquisition. It is paying UKP135,000 cash up-front and up to UKP115,000 over 15 months on performance, for Insurance Quotation Systems Ltd and Business Application Systems Ltd. The two together did UKP2,000 pre-tax in the year to March; assets are UKP14,000.
