Zultys, a provider of unified communications solutions, has launched MX Release 6.0, the next generation of core software for its flagship unified communications products.
MX Release 6.0 offers enhanced, high-quality desktop video, new mobility features, richer integration with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange server, as well as integration with Salesforce.com, said the company.
CCI Intellisys president Robert Brown said that customers demand a fully supported unified communications system that is easy to deploy and maintain, and that keeps pace with the evolution of the industry, meaning a UC solution that caters to today’s on-the-go, distributed workforce.

MX Release 6.0 encompasses a number of new features including: high-definition, point-to-point desktop video support in a secure, fully integrated user experience; easy deployment and use; immediate ROI by reducing travel expenses; and it requires no additional servers or software.
MXmobile delivers a range of benefits, including cost savings through access to the enterprise dial plan and unified numbering and messaging; the end-user experiences faster customer responsiveness through real-time presence and instant messaging, and more opportunity to be productive through a rich set of traditional PBX features extended to the mobile handset.
Zultys’ mobility solutions also support the iPhone, said the company.
MX Release 6.0 also offers seamless integration with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange server. It extends the capabilities of the MXreport contact center reporting tool so contact center managers and supervisors can easily compose custom statistical reports for multiple agents and contact center groups, said the company.
