Milpitas, California-based Zitel Corp says that the discussions with Unisys Corp over their dispute on Zitel’s storage subsystems for Unisys mainframes are progressing and that it has therefore agreed to extend the termination date of the co-marketing agreement on the product line to the end of the month. Simi Valley, California-based Rexon Inc reports that an action was filed by Archive Corp against the company and some of its subsidiaries alleging patent infringement: the complaint seeks an injunction and unspecified damages; Rexon says it has not yet responded to the suit, but believes that it has various defences available to it.
