The AFP reported that ISPs would have to ensure their networks carry no content objectionable, obscene, unauthorized or that is infringing copyright, intellectual property right and international and domestic cyber laws.
However, the report also noted that such requirements would be burdensome, if not impossible to comply with, and suggested that such a requirement could be found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, as a recent wiretapping law was.
