ZILOG SHOULD NOT SEIZING COPIES OF THE SHARP Z8

The US Customs Service has told Zilog Inc that it doesn’t think it should be seizing copies of the Z8 microcontroller made by Sharp Corp, as it has been at Zilog’s request since August 27: the Customs Service now reckons that the issue is a contractual dispute between the two companies, in which it should therefore not get itself involved.
