ZENITH ELECTRONICS EXPANDS THE SCOPE OF LAWSUIT AGAINST BROOKHURST

Zenith Electronics Corp, Glenview, Illinois has expanded the scope of its lawsuit against its dissident shareholder Brookhurst Partners LP, and now alleges that Brookhurst inter alia used false and misleading statements in its consent solicitation of Zenith shareholders; it is seeking compensatory and punitive damages and injunctive relief.
