Zanett signs letter of intent to acquire PS GoLive

Zanett, a consulting firm specializing in business process outsourcing services, has signed a letter of intent to acquire PS GoLive, a provider of services for PeopleSoft Enterprise products and business processes.

Claudio Guazzoni, CEO of Zanett, said: We’re very excited to add PS GoLive’s superior capabilities and strong track record in PeopleSoft to our own portfolio. PS GoLive brings some very important PeopleSoft customers to Zanett. This investment on the part of Zanett further signals our commitment to develop Oracle and PeopleSoft capabilities.

Michael Johnson of PS GoLive, said: It is exciting to know that we will enhance a very strong PeopleSoft practice at Zanett. We feel good knowing our expertise will deepen Zanett’s capabilities, while expanding its reach throughout the state of Florida and the southeast. Because we are based in Florida the US’s fourth largest economy, we believe that we are now positioned to become a dominant PeopleSoft applications partner in the southeast.
