Sounds like the farmer’s wife has been on the warpath – but is it blind? Pomona, California-based Z-Nix Company Inc has a battery-powered cordless mouse for Apple Macintosh computers: the two-button Cordless Super Mouse uses infra-red technology for cordless operation and has two long-life batteries for uninterrupted use; the infra-red technology has a signal range of six feet at up to 90 degrees from the receiver; the receiver doubles as the mouse stand which also houses the back-up battery and recharging pack, and while the mouse is operating, the back-up battery is being recharged; the mouse can be used with all Macintosh models with an Apple Desktop Bus port, and for IBM personal computers; it will be available in December for $130.
