Telematika has combined with the Yunona enterprise of Moscow and several other local partners to found the Oton trading house: the aim of the new enterprise is to provide computer and office equipment and Oton is planning to publish a Russian language catalogue of all the equipment it offers in Russia. m o cMoscow City Telephone Network increased telephone tariffs from June 1: commercial organisations now must pay 120,000 roubles to get a telephone number plus a 5580 rouble annual fee to use it; commercial organisations must pay 3000 roubles annually, institutions financed from the state budget pay 972 roubles and individuals pay 504 roubles; some enterprises located in downtown Moscow will also pay a 15 Kopecks per minute usage surcharge.
