Google has posted strong revenues during the second quarter of this year, boosted by strong growth in mobile search advertising and YouTube.
Revenues increased 11% to $17.7bn in Q2, compared to $15.9bn for the same period last year.
Total income for the period ending 30 June 2015 was $3.93bn, up 17% from $3.35bn in the year-ago period.
Total advertising revenues rose 11% to $16.02bn and other revenues increased 17% to $1.7bn.
Traffic acquisition costs were $3.3bn, compared to $3.9bn in the year-ago period.
Google CFO Ruth Porat said: "Our strong Q2 results reflect continued growth across the breadth of our products, most notably core search, where mobile stood out, as well as YouTube and programmatic advertising.
"We are focused every day on developing big new opportunities across a wide range of businesses. We will do so with great care regarding resource allocation."
Google is trying to attract more users to its ads on mobile with several new features. The company is rolling out a new service that lets users purchase retail items directly from the ads in mobile search results.
Last month, Google acquired Agawi, a technology platform company focused on low-latency streaming of apps from the cloud to mobile devices.
