Yipes launches new electronic trading platform

San Francisco, California-based Yipes Enterprise Services has released its FinancialConnect!, an electronic trading network program that provides access to Exchanges, ECNs, liquidity pools and trading platforms.

By CBR Staff Writer

According to the company, the program provides FinancialConnect! members with access to market information and services from trading providers including the Boston Options Exchange, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and Chicago, Illinois-based Trading Technologies.

Yipes said its FinancialConnect! program matches Ethernet services with direct access to financial data to facilitate access to global market data feeds for the financial community. It claims a 30% to 70% reduction in total cost of ownership and says it enables financial organizations to handle multiple data feeds over a less expensive infrastructure.
