YAHOO! DRAGS INDIAN FIRM TO COURT

The Delhi High Court granted an injunction to Santa Clara-based Yahoo! Inc and ordered an Indian firm calling itself Yahoo India not to use the domain name. The US firm will seek unspecified damages from the Indian ‘cybersquatter.’ A New Delhi- based internet solutions firm runs Yahoo India.
