Yahoo has released the new version of its Web email, marking the first overhaul of a product since the firm’s chief executive Marissa Mayer took the control over the struggling Internet firm in July.

The firm has rolled out new versions of its Yahoo Mail for smartphones and tablets, in addition to a revamped version of its Web-based mail for PC users which has less ancillary features, while claims to offer enhanced performance.
