XYVISION CUTS WORKFORCE BY 52 PEOPLE

Wakefield, Massachusetts-based computer-based publishing systems specialist Xyvision Inc has responded to a slowdown in orders by cutting its workforce by 52 people, 14.4%, leaving it with 310; in its third quarter Xyvision made a $1.1m loss, versus $1.4m profit (see p3).
