Xtari Business Services, a subsidiary of Xtari, has bought online marketing software RhinoSEO in a move that will see it launch an updated version of the product.
Xtari, which provides social media tools for businesses, said the RhinoSEO V4 should provide a new marketing experience for small to medium-sized businesses.
Features include website, visitor and keyword analytics as well as CRM integration and email marketing tools.
Nathan Solla, CFO of Xtari, said he wants to reinvent the SEO industry. "We have created some incredibly powerful tools which business owners and marketers can now use to check the pulse of their inbound marketing strategies, in real-time," he explained.
RhinoSEO provides an all-in-one marketing dashboard for companies to simplify SEO and boost inbound marketing efforts.
