Xiox Corp, the Burlingame, California manufacturer and marketer of microcomputer-based telephone management systems, has announced the signing of a distribution agreement with Applied Voice Technology Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, AVT of Bellevue, Washington has granted Xiox the non-exclusive worldwide right to remarket the private label version of the company’s micro-based voice and call processing system. This new series of products will be marketed as Xiox Voice Processing System and includes both automated attendant and voice mail and messaging modules. According to Daniel McHale, Xiox president, Voice processing applications are a natural extension of Xiox product offerings. Initially Xiox Voice Processing will be marketed through our national account team and later through authorised Xiox dealers.
