After agonising over the decision for many, many months, Xerox Corp is to pull out of South Africa, which actually means that Rank-Xerox, the company jointly owned with the Rank Organisation Plc has to withdraw: according to the Financial Times, Rank-Xerox will sell the business to the Fintech arm of Altech Pty and looks for about UKP25m.
