XEROX SELLS OFF INSURANCE ARM

Following the changes at Xerox Corp this year that saw the sale of the Rank Group Plc (CI No 3,181) breaking away from the company with the 940m pound sale of the remaining 20% stake in the company, Xerox has now sold the insurance arm of its business, the Resolution Group Inc for 614m pounds.
