Xerox Corp and Reciprocal Inc have teamed up to provide internet- based digital publishing software. The companies claim that the software will cover all aspects of electronic publishing from file conversion to access rights and document hosting. Xerox said that had also taken a stake in Buffalo, New York-based Reciprocal.
Separately, Xerox has released two new workflow applications. AskOnce enables users to search internal company information sources, such as Lotus Notes databases and external sources such as the web. DocuShare, meanwhile, is web-based document sharing software. Both packages will be available at the end of next month.
