Xerox Corp has packaged up its 6065 IBM Personalike with the Ventura Publisher desk-top publishing software to create seven packaged systems, the 601 through 607; the 601 is the most fully configured and costs $9,995; at the other end of the scale, the 607 is $2,195. Elements of the new desk-top publishing system include the Writer III word processing program, option of a personal computer or word processing keyboard, an optical mouse, full page, part page or colour monitor and 4020 colour ink-jet printer or 4045/50 laser printer-copier.
