Xerox has opened the doors of its newly refurbished Innovation Centre at its headquarters in Uxbridge, West London.

The expanded Innovation Centre enables Xerox to demonstrate to its full range of technology and next generation managed print services to IT professionals for simplifying how work gets done.

The centre consists of a Discovery Area where visitors interact with experts and discuss ways to simplify how works gets done across their business as well as an 80-seat auditorium for presentations and large meetings.

"It’s really set up to engage our customers in live demonstrations to help them see everything around the digital environment and digital-based infrastructure we’re moving to," said Mike Feldman, Xerox president of large operations.

Darren Cassidy, managing director of Xerox UK, added: "We wanted to bring our customers closer to our technology and services, so they can actually see how we can help them automate workflows, manage content and analyse documents, to improve productivity."

Xerox is also offering services outside of the Innovation Centre by delivering its educational services to companies who cannot travel to Uxbridge.

"The Innovation Centre is just one tool in our toolbox, we can also bring solutions and capabilities to [customers] in their work space when we need to demonstrate through our computers and software how that solution works in their environment," said Feldman.
