The service covers HR functions including administration, recruitment and existing helpdesks for training, advice and guidance and general queries.

Xansa will work with Lloyds TSB to develop, host and support new recruitment and management information platforms and to transform HR processes.

The service will be delivered by around 150 people situated in Xansa’s offshore delivery centers in India.

Xansa says that outsourcing HR processes will enable the bank to improve the technology platforms underpinning its HR administration.

The contract extends Xansa’s partnership with Lloyds TSB, which currently comprises IT outsourcing, finance and accounting outsourcing and a portfolio of complex industry-specific back office processes.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
