WYSE TO BUY VDU MAKER LINK

Wyse Technology Corp, San Jose, California has agreement in principle to acquire video display terminal manufacturer Link Technologies Inc. The agreement calls for Wyse to pay an undisclosed amount in shares for privately-held Link Technologies, which markets its products through distributors and on the OEM market.
