WYSE TECHNOLOGY FACES SHAREHOLDER SUIT

Wyse Technology Inc faces a shareholder lawsuit alleging violation of US securities laws in misleading statements about the company’s condition and prospects made from January 26 last year and January 5 this year: the suit was triggered by Wyse’s warning that third quarter sales would be between $50m and $70m, about half those a year ago.
