Wyse has also announced the 80286-based WY-212m Network Terminal, saying it is intended to set the standard for a new class of products that combine the processing and graphics of a personal computer with the packaging of a terminal: the diskless workstation operates over a local area network using servers to store operating systems, programs and data files, and will be available in January at $2,000.
