WNS, a provider of global business process outsourcing (BPO) services, has launched a new delivery centre in San Jose, Costa Rica, marking its entry into Latin America.

Anup Gupta, group chief operating officer of WNS Global Services, said: “Our expansion into Costa Rica is a key step in expanding our global footprint and providing comprehensive, integrated solutions to our clients. Our global delivery model enables us to improve our clients’ business by combining the right combination of geographic location with process transformation.”

In addtion, the company said that the new centre will also serve as a nearshore centre for global clients with North American operations.

According to WNS, the centre will offer multi-lingual services in English and Spanish. It will provide a complete suite of WNS services including finance and accounting (F&A), customer service and research and analytics.
