Wipro Technologies, the global IT services business of Wipro, has opened a new office in Seoul, Korea and has appointed Ki Young Jang as the country head for South Korea.

In the new role, Ki-Young will have overall responsibility for company’s business in the country and will be based out of the Seoul centre.

In addition, Ki-Young will oversee the ‘Go to Market’ strategy, drive revenue growth and leverage on Wipro’s strength in innovation, technology, process insight and globalisation to further enhance the company’s position as a business transformation catalyst.

Ki-Young has 25 years of experience across sales, marketing and alliances. Prior to joining Wipro, Ki-Youn has worked with IBM & Bearing Point in Korea and held various senior managerial roles.
