Whitechapel Workstations Ltd will be launching its top-end MG Unix workstation at the CADCAM ’87 exhibition this month. The MG-200, originally scheduled for Autumn 1986 delivery, is based on the second generation 32-bit National Semiconductor 32332 processor. The East London workstation maker intends to sell the MG-200 into its existing user base as a top-end alternative to the NS32016-based MG-1. The new workstation series will be generally available in April and will run the 4.2BSD version of Unix.
