WESTERN UNION LOWERS CONVERSION RATE ON ITS CLASS B SHARES

Western Union Corp duly improved the terms of the paper it is offering in its financial reconstruction, lowering the conversion rate on its new Class B convertible preference shares to $3 a share from $4.25 a share, and increasing the dividend to $3 a year from $2.50.
