Western Union Corp, climbing back from the brink of bankruptcy with a startegy of growing a value-added network services business, has formed a new division, Western Union Travel Services to provide those in the travel trade with facsimile and other services: the Upper Saddle River, New Jersey company says it hopes to grow the new business by acquisition as well as organically.
