Wespercorp, Santa Ana, California has agreement to acquire the Selanar graphic terminal product line from the Faraday Electronics Inc subsidiary of Western Digital Corp for 475,000 shares and warrants for up to 200,000 more at $1 per share: the Selanar line comprises high resolution graphics terminals with DEC VT100 and VT200 and Tektronix 4010/4014 compatibility; if Faraday were to exercise all the warrants, it would end up with a 15.84% stake in Wespercorp but 10% of the votes.
