OK, OK, so it wasn’t simply a touch of the deja vus and we really did run an item yesterday that had already appeared in Monday’s edition – but on balance it was less embarrassing than the little lapse perpetrated by BBC Radio Four’s The Financial World Tonight on Tuesday night, when the reporter solemnly intoned that Designer Systems had bought 15% of British Aerospace.
