WEGENER EYES 60% OF DUTCH INTERNET PROVIDER

Dutch publisher Wegener NV says it is in advanced talks to buy 60% of Amsterdam-based Internet services provider Riverland Networks BV: Wegener said it expects to reach agreement soon and will buy the remaining 40% of Riverland in 1998.
