Webline, which is part of the Capita Group, offers a range of cost-effective and easy to use web-based quotation and fulfillment services. The Webline database stores quotes and personalized illustrations for advisers’ future reference and online application submissions also let users complete and track their business easily through a single window.
The application process is now simplified because all the information entered into Webline to create a quotation is automatically transferred into the D&D Homecare system when a D&D policy is chosen. This enables the broker to finish the application quickly, with little further information required, allowing the customer to receive their cover details and documents within 24 hours.
We are pleased to be part of the ASU panel, as not only does this give brokers additional access to a high quality product which we believe they will find hard to replicate at the price provided, it also means D&D is available on an increasing number of sourcing systems, commented Paul Thompson, managing director of D&D Homecare. So, in a market where MPPI is under close scrutiny, provision of quality products sold with the aid of compliant documentation can only be beneficial to both broker and customer.
