UK-based web design and hosting company Oneview.net Ltd has announced plans to float on the London-based Alternative Investment Market small cap exchange later this month, with a valuation of between 15m and 20m pounds ($24.2m to $32.3m). The nine-month-old company hopes to raise 4m pounds ($6.5m) to fund regional expansion and recruit additional sales staff.
Oneview, which is 65.6%-owned by chairman Stuart Lawley, plans to offer connectivity via ADSL next February when British Telecommunications Plc begins wholesaling the technology. Pathfinder prospectuses will be issued today, shares will be priced on September 23 and trading is expected to begin on September 30. Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance has been appointed as advisor, and Sutherland & Partners Ltd as lead broker.
